These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SirenSongSkinCare.com and your interactions with Siren Song Skin Care (“Siren Song,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, booking an appointment or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use this website or complete a transaction.
Siren Song Skin Care is a private esthetics studio located in Lauderhill, Florida. Services may include waxing, facials, skin treatments and related esthetic services.
Our services are cosmetic and personal-care services. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis or medical advice and are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider.
Service descriptions, availability, duration and pricing may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but may correct errors, update information or discontinue an offer at any time.
The $28 introductory Brazilian-wax price is available once to new Brazilian-wax clients of Siren Song Skin Care. The regular Brazilian price is $55 unless otherwise stated.
To redeem the offer online, select “New Client Brazilian” from the service menu. The offer has no cash value and applies only to the qualifying service booked and completed by the eligible client.
Appointments are booked through GlossGenius, a third-party booking and payment platform. Your use of GlossGenius is also subject to GlossGenius’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
An appointment is not confirmed until you receive confirmation through the booking system. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information and for reviewing your selected service, date, time, price and applicable policies before confirming.
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, deposit and no-show policies displayed during booking or included in your appointment confirmation are incorporated into these Terms.
By completing a booking, you agree to the policies presented at that time. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled or canceled to avoid affecting other scheduled clients.
Please contact Siren Song Skin Care as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment.
You agree to provide accurate information that may be relevant to the safe performance of your requested service.
Before treatment, please disclose relevant allergies, medications, topical products, recent procedures, skin conditions, sensitivities, injuries, pregnancy or other circumstances that could affect whether a service is appropriate.
You are responsible for following preparation and aftercare instructions. Failure to disclose relevant information or follow instructions may increase the risk of irritation, injury or an undesirable result.
Siren Song Skin Care may postpone, modify or decline a service when reasonably necessary for safety, professional standards, legal compliance or the comfort and wellbeing of the client or provider.
Clients under 18 may require advance approval and the consent or presence of a parent or legal guardian, depending on the service and applicable requirements.
Individual experiences and results vary. Esthetic and waxing services may involve temporary discomfort, redness, sensitivity, irritation, bruising, ingrown hairs, breakouts, pigment changes or other reactions.
No particular result is promised or guaranteed. Any service-specific consent form, waiver, preparation instruction or aftercare instruction provided before or during an appointment is incorporated into these Terms. If a service-specific document conflicts with these general Terms, the service-specific document controls for that service.
Seek appropriate medical care for any serious or unexpected reaction. This website is not intended for medical emergencies.
Product descriptions and photographs are provided for general information. Packaging, appearance and ingredients may change, and individual results cannot be guaranteed. Review product labels and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, fees, shipping charges or other costs will be disclosed when required.
Product, service, package, gift-card, cancellation and refund policies displayed at checkout, during booking or at the time of purchase apply to that transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
Payment-card information submitted through third-party processors is handled according to those providers’ terms and privacy practices.
You may use this website only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:
• Interfere with the website’s security or operation
• Attempt unauthorized access to an account, system or data
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or harmful information
• Copy or commercially exploit website content without permission
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload or disrupt the website
• Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, clients or service providers.
Unless otherwise stated, the Siren Song Skin Care name, logo, branding, website text, photographs, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to Siren Song Skin Care.
You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you represent that it is truthful, lawful and yours to share.
You give Siren Song Skin Care permission to display, reproduce and share voluntarily submitted reviews or content for business and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed. We will not knowingly publish private treatment details or private communications without permission.
We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, infringing or unrelated to our services.
This website may link to or integrate with GlossGenius, GoDaddy, payment processors, social-media platforms, review services and other third parties.
We do not control third-party websites, systems, availability, security, content or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
We strive to provide accurate, useful information and reliable website access. However, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or services provided by Siren Song Skin Care will be handled in the appropriate state or federal court serving Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, policies, technology or legal obligations. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
